Using Private Label Rights Articles for Email Marketing

PLR articles, also known as private label rights articles, are a good resource for internet marketers who want to save a few dollars and take one of the many shortcuts for content creation. While the benefits of using PLR articles for websites and blogs are well know, relatively little has been said about the benefits of using private label rights articles for auto-responder email marketing. Here is how you can use PLR articles for your email marketing efforts, and why these pre-written articles may be an excellent option for your autoresponder marketing needs.

How to use PLR articles for an auto-responder

Using private label rights articles for an autoresponder sequence is a lot like using them for a blog post or for an article on your website. However, if you're the type of person who doesn't normally rewrite your PLR articles, you'll find that it's almost necessary when you're using them for your email marketing list. Email marketing, unlike blog posting, is very personal, or at least should be. So, at the very least, you'll want to add the recipient's name at the beginning, and maybe once or twice throughout the article.

Additionally, as most private label rights articles are generically targeted, meaning that they are typically written as if they are to be read by a wide audience, you may want to narrow the targeting down a bit; add 'I', 'we', 'my', as well as 'you', 'your', etc to the article. The goal with email marketing is to reach out to your subscriber directly, and these direct pronouns can make the difference between a sale and a 'thanks for the good info' type response.

Why PLR articles are a good choice for your email marketing needs

Private label rights articles are great in many ways, but when you're adding them to your auto-responder series, they allow you to become an expert on a topic or sub-topic that you may actually no nothing about. While it's always a good idea that you have a grasp on the general market that you're marketing to through email, it's not always feasible for you to understand every facet of every aspect of your niche. Private label rights articles, then, allow you to skip the learning curve and deliver useful information to your mailing list even if you aren't really a subject-matter expert.

Private label rights articles are a great option for internet marketers, affiliate marketers, and even website owners providing physical products and services. While it may take a bit more effort to use PLR articles for email marketing than it does to use them for a blog post, the extra effort is well-worth the long-term rewards of not needing to be a subject-matter expert in order to cater to a particular niche market.
